LADY GAGA HELPS HEAL HER DAD’S HEART AFTER SISTER’S DEATH:-<\/strong> Lady Gaga has helped heal her <\/span>father’s broken heart after the passing of his sister 42 years ago with her track Joanne which is dedicated to her.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 30-year-old <\/span>singer’s late Aunt Joanne, whom her new album <\/span>Joanne named after, died of lupus at just 19, and her father Joe Germanotta has been dealing with the tragic loss ever since.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But one ballad, also called Joanne, which features on the pop <\/span>star’s new album, has finally helped heal the lifetime of pain that her father has felt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Gaga told The Sun newspaper, [The first time I played Joanne] I looked over at him, and he just looked at me like, How did you know that? How did you know <\/span>that’s what I wanted to say?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And the Perfect Illusionmusician says although she never met her aunt, she felt connected to her through her <\/span>father and wrote the song in the hopes that it would be healing for him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She added, I never got to meet her, but I always felt very connected to her my whole life.<\/span><\/p>\n

I never was able to truly understand why my father was so sad.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was something inside of him like a loss or trauma that I just <\/span>couldn’t perceive of.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So I wanted to make a song that would be healing to my dad.<\/span><\/p>\n

The news comes after the Bad <\/span>Romance hitmaker, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, recently requested that fans at her Bud Light x Lady Gaga Dive Bar performance in Nashville, Tennessee, call her Joanne instead of Lady Gaga.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She said, If you could do me this <\/span>favor. Tonight if you could just call me Joanne.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And despite the album having such dark ties to her late Aunt, Gaga insisted that the record is influenced by the men in her life, such as her ex-<\/span>fiance Taylor Kinney and her father.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She <\/span>said When you listen to the album, <\/span>it’s clear the influence that all the men in my life have made on this record.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But I have such a rebellious spirit, and my father was always furious. He drank because of his <\/span>sister’s death. I was trying to understand him through making this record.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
