Newly blonde Demi Lovato shows off her curves in <\/strong>racy leotard as she performs in Mexico:-<\/strong> She recently revealed she plans to quit music next year, taking time out from the spotlight to focus on her charity work.<\/span><\/p>\n

But on Sunday night Demi Lovato proved that she can still pull off a killer performance, taking to the stage in Mexico City to thrill the crowd.<\/span><\/p>\n

Demi, 24, showed off her newly dyed tresses and her figure wearing a racy leotard for her show.<\/span><\/p>\n

The garment hugged her figure, showing off her tight waist, and she teamed the daring look with a pair of over-the-knee boots.<\/span><\/p>\n

While Demi might be focusing on her fans right now, in 2017 she’s planning on take the whole year off to focus on other things after admitting that she wasn’t made for the music industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Demi’s shock news came after she hit out at Taylor Swift in a recent interview over the Shake It Off singer’s feud with Katy Perry.<\/span><\/p>\n

And after seeing herself dragged into the argument, following her comments, it appears that Demi decided to take a step back from showbiz.<\/span><\/p>\n

She tweeted: “So excited for 2017. Taking a break from music and the spotlight.. I am not meant for this business and the media.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Explaining her decision, she told a fan: “Dunno. It doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I’d rather do charity work tbh (sic)”<\/span><\/p>\n

She recently laid into Taylor for trying to “tear down” rival Katy , and only using women with perfect bodies in her ‘Bad Blood’ video in an interview with Yahoo!, and though she admitted words can be “taken out of context”, she stands by her views.\"Demi<\/span><\/p>\n

She tweeted: “I get asked questions. I answer them. Sue me. Also don’t forget that words can be taken out of context when doing interviews.. still not apologizing for saying what everyone want to say<\/span><\/p>\n

“I don’t understand why people care so much about what I say in interviews? Do y’all watch the news? Don’t y’all got s**t to worry about? (sic)”<\/span><\/p>\n

Talking about Taylor’s Bad Blood video in the interview, she said: “I think that having a song and a video about tearing Katy Perry down, that’s not women’s empowerment.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Demi, who has spent time in rehab to treat an eating disorder, also used the opportunity to slam the fact Taylor’s girl gang, which includes the likes of Cara Delevingne and Karlie Kloss, for having ‘perfect bodies’.<\/span><\/p>\n

“This will probably get me in trouble, but I don’t see anybody in any sort of squad that has a normal body. It’s kind of this false image of what people should look like.”<\/span><\/p>\n
