The Teen Mom 2 star\u2019s beau has been sentenced to 60 days in prison after violating a domestic violence protective order, the New Hanover Clerk of Court\u2019s Criminal office in North Carolina confirms to Us Weekly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">According to the arrest warrant posted by Radar Online, an ex-girlfriend filed the order against the 28-year-old in October last year, but he violated it in March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u201cDefendant was in the same location as his child \u2026 who was out with his grandmother \u2026 and aunt, when defendant approached same and hugged,\u201d the document states of the incident in which Eason allegedly violated the order. \u201c[He] was told not to \u2026 and grabbed the child again.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">He pleaded not guilty, but a judge found him guilty and sentenced him to prison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">The New Hanover Clerk of Court\u2019s Criminal office also told Us that Eason has appealed the ruling to the Superior Court, but no court date has been scheduled yet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/video.usmagazine.com\/players\/8wnMtAdc-qInh6Xrr.html\" width=\"320\" height=\"260\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"auto\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Should he end up serving his sentence while Evans, 24, is expecting their first child together, it won\u2019t be the first time the MTV personality has been left alone while pregnant as her beau sits behind bars. Nathan Griffith \u2014 with whom Evans shares son Kaiser, 2 \u2014 was jailed for driving with a suspended license while she was expecting in 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">The Teen Mom 2 star announced in August via social media that she is expecting her third child in January. \u201cTime to introduce the world to our baby girl soon, Ensley Jolie Eason,\u201d she wrote at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">In addition to Kaiser, Evans is mom of Jace, 7, with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis.
