Quinn III announced Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Keith Cox, 26, of Berkley, and Matthew Lander, 28, of Swansea, were indicted for the killing of two brothers in their Taunton apartment in February 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Taunton police responded to reports of shots fired at the studio apartment on Feb. 24, 2008, and found brothers Kevin Vargas, 23, and Shawn Vargas, 21, shot to death inside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Shawn&#8217;s 4-year-old and 2-year-old sons were found uninjured in the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">A Bristol County Grand Jury indicted Cox on two counts of murder and two counts of armed robbery last week.
