Stevenson and 30-year-old Joenglish L. Lewis, both of Chicago, for aggravated discharge of a firearm.Illinois State Police Troopers responded Sunday, Sept. 25 to a reported shooting on I-290 westbound at the ramp to Harlem Avenue at approximately 10:50 a.m. No one was injured during this incident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12713 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.biphoo.com\/bipnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/norris-stevenson.gif\" alt=\"Norris Stevenson\" width=\"236\" height=\"176\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12714 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.biphoo.com\/bipnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/joenglish-lewis.gif\" alt=\"Joenglish Lewis\" width=\"234\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">The ISP conducted an investigation into the incident, leading to these two suspects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Cook County State\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office approved ISP\u2019s finding, charging the two suspects, each with one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm. Stevenson and Lewis are currently being held at Cook County Jail, each with a $50,00 bond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Anyone who has witnessed a shooting or has any knowledge of a shooting incident is asked to contact the ISP at 847-294-4400.
