Katy Perry revealed during a Twitter Q&amp;A on Saturday, September 10, that she\u2019d collaborate with nemesis Taylor Swift on one condition: The \u201cBad Blood\u201d singer has to say sorry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">While waiting in a \u201cpolka dot robe\u201d for Cheesecake Factory to deliver her food, the \u201cRise\u201d entertainer, 31, passed the time by having an impromptu chat with her Katy Kats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">However, things took a slightly awkward turn when one fan asked Perry if she\u2019d be willing to record a song with Swift, who was once her close pal. \u201cIf she says sorry, sure!\u201d the Grammy-nominated singer replied, sending tweeters into a frenzy.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en-gb\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HerWonkEye\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@HerWonkEye<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/katycatsophia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@katycatsophia<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/camilasviews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@camilasviews<\/a> if she says sorry, sure!<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 KATY PERRY (@katyperry) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/katyperry\/status\/774720097621454848\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 September 2016<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cWOAAAHHH,\u201d one fan wrote, while another added, \u201c@katyperry\u2019s responses to tweets are perfect!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Perry and Swift have had their fair share of ups and downs over the years. In July, the \u201cShake It Off\u201d singer-songwriter\u2019s ex Calvin Harris slammed her in a lengthy Twitter rant in which he name-dropped Perry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cI know you\u2019re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I\u2019m not that guy, sorry. I won\u2019t allow it,\u201d he wrote shortly after confirming that Swift wrote his Rihanna-featured summer hit \u201cThis Is What You Came For.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Perry seemingly threw shade at Swift shortly after, sharing a GIF of Hillary Clinton making an exasperated face before smiling and shrugging. The \u201cRoar\u201d songstress later retweeted one of her own tweets from May 2015 \u2014 \u201cTime, the ultimate truth teller\u201d \u2014 which she first shared when Swift called out an unnamed mean girl who allegedly betrayed her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u201cFor years, I was never sure if we were friends or not,\u201d the \u201cWildest Dreams\u201d singer told Rolling Stone in September 2014. \u201cShe would come up to me at awards and say something and walk away, and I would think, \u2018Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Swift also explained that the conflict that ended the cryptic friendship was \u201cso horrible \u2026 She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. \u2026 So now I have to avoid her.
